Summary:
Women
protection laws are the most misused ones. An open secret however no political
party gathered courage till MSY made a statement against the abuse of rape laws
and introducing punishment for women accusers misusing the laws. The tremor of
this statement was felt on the rector scale of Scoail networking sites and
media. In single voice he was condemned and cornered for spilling the beans.
Only a Section of Statement was repeteadly highlighted to exaggerate the uneasiness
of fake complaints. The real issue of Misuse and punishment for misusers was completely
sidelined. The Security of women issues is of utmost importance and for this
even lakhs of innocent families , women and childrens are getting scarified,
however the emotional quotient wins over the rational thought process, Its
essential to understand not every rape victim is Nirbhaya nor every case is
true. 75% of rape cases are false and conviction has dropped manifold with new
rape laws. Do innocent need to be protected is question raised by us.
A statement was made by MSY in a political rally and
we cud see an adrenalin rush. The entire country was seen boiling, social media
went berserk # backingrapist started trending. The frenzy was such that MSY was
abuses and battered like never before. The understanding of what he said was so
limited that it became a social status to curse respected “Netaji.” The
emotional intolerance erupted vehemently and everyone wanted to make a point
about being a messiah of rape victims. When
asked a person abhorring MSY with all adjectives “has he heard the
complete speech “ he got hesitant to admit that he hasn’t than he made all kind
of emotional outburst to convey Men are rapist and hes backing them. How
unfortunate this Men felt every other men other than him was rapist.
Few months back the controversy erupted over a Senior
leader claim that he was “afraid to Speak to women” , the underlying thoughts
were he had this cognition of misuse of rape laws. A Senior Judge had to resign
from his prestigious post on mere allegation of women, A noble doctor and a
Social Activist committed suicide over a false allegation of rape. Needless to
mention the so called accuser was the member of his own NGO meant to protect
such women. A group of women are active
in Esplanade and spin a web around innocent men, corner them suitably and
harass them on pretext of New Rape laws and molestation. Examples are immense
and such incidents are not unknown but mind overrules heart when it comes to
“issues of protection of women”. Exaggerated representation of crime against
women specially “Rape” blinds scope
of understanding, whatever a women does if she spells the beans and cries wolf
the Men is assumed guilty.
Its extremely
sad that the image of Bengal is maligned by excessive and hyped reporting of
rape cases by media. Crime is a crime and all such issues have to be addressed
with utmost sensitivity, without suppression of facts and misrepresentation if

getting juiciy stories of false rape and Feminist organizations thriving on
candle marches were taken aback. How Could a Men tell that they are misusing
the laws?? In fact women are bonafide species and every word they speak is gospel
of truth. Netaji had spelled the open secret. Men need to be protected against
misuse of Laws, No law can serve its purpose till its not misuse proof. A
Lethal punishment of law abuser will not only keep the false accuser at bay,
Most importantly the innocent men & their family will be protected from the
aftermath.
If the Country does not has courage to make a strong
misuse proof law, what right we have to claim life of the convicts. Moreover
unlike many other nations rape laws are not gender neutral. Misuse of rape laws
does not end here NCRB statistics reveal
949 women were arrested under rape laws in 2012. To appease a gender in name of
Women Empowerment is the most sought after. Political Parties, Media and
Society all are under this magic spell. Women are the biggest enemy of women
who file 75% false rape cases and disparage 25% innocent Victims. Why not a false accuser face same
destiny as a convict too?? Why double standards?? If Women donor Misuse the
laws why are they afraid of a terminal punishment for law abusers??
Freedom of
speech and right to equality bestowed by constitution of India is jeopardized,
when its matter related to women security. Any idea against
law misuse is banished. Anybody raising a voice against law misuse is branded
as Anti women. However women calling all men a prospective rapist are pro
women. Playing victimhood was never so
rewarding, Media hype, Govt Support, identity protection, legal and personal
aid & if proven false no punishment. Could anything be better than this??
NCRB Statistics
also reveal the proximity of the rapist with accusers. It has been found that
90% of the case the accused was known to accusers. Now either the accuser was
duped, or the relationship failed or the women faked whatever may be the circumstances
this situation is extrapolated to rape. Not
All cases are nirbhaya and Shakti mill, the rape laws nuances have left immense
scope for unscrupulous women to claim rape on even minor incidences. A leading journalist is facing the brunt of such and incidence.

Truth behind rape cases in Bengal.
Bengal although
appears to be No 3 state in terms of rape accusations reported however if we
compare 2046 cases in 2012 vs 2376 cases of 2011 we see west Bengal saw a 13.4%
drop in registration of rape cases.Also reflecting Bengal as 3rd in rape.
Accusation is inappropriate, as wb has very high women population. 440 lakh
women population which is in top 5 most women populated state. Thus no of women
related cases getting reported is much obvious. However the surge in cases does
not mean the accused are prima facie guilty. If we consider 2046 cases vs 440
lakh women population of Bengal. Wb is 19th state in the ranking. when its
considered as cases reported per lakh women population.
Thus this makes Bengal 8th safest state for women.
Most RAPE cases are false.
Compared to National Average conviction rate of 25% Bengal
has conviction rate much below i.e 10.9% which actually means almost 90% of
false case Filled in Bengal. Also when it comes to registration of rape cases Bengal
appears to b no 3 state however when the ranking of Bengal is seen as.
Conviction it is 31st state because of high no of false cases.

Misuse
of Laws is not just limited to rape alone.The plight of young girls and elderly
mothers and Sisters of the Country has been unearthed. When the entire country
has seen enlightened activism on women Security & crime against women. It
becomes imperative to highlight the aftermath of these laws meant to protect
women. The cascading effect of these
skewed laws have consequential effect on Indian family system as well as the so
called safety of women are jeopardized. Laws meant to protect women are the
most misused ones , often used as extortion tool , meant to settle scores &
more to satisfy egos. The brunt of 498a
meant to protect wife from cruetly by Husband engulfs innocent Mothers and
Sisters , year 2012 registered 498a as a crime with highest % of Women’s
Arrested in the Country. 47,951 women
were arrested in 498a alone , Essential to mention that the Conviction rate in
498a is meager 15%, We have seen a consistent drop in Conviction rate year on
year. West Bengal has a Conviction of
meager 4.4% in 498A. Women arrested in false 498A amounts to largest chunk of women
facing arrest. Every 11 min a women is
arrested in India in 498A.
Now the women
organization go for hiding when it comes to protection of mother in laws and
sister in laws from abuse of laws. And why not they do not make the bandwagon
who could run along with them for government aids. Media has its share of juicy
stories and rewarded with costly Advertisement campaigns for women security.
Men are seen as protectionist and are ably rewarded for hyping issues of Women
Security. Every body seems to foget one thing I,e No body is immuned to misuse of laws. Even the mightiest have
fallen under this fire. Now is the Time to Rise against the legal abuse of laws
or wait for the Strom.
